Can anyone comment on the use of SEACAST for stringer or transom repairs?

I have talked to the company and have been given some encouragement.

I have a deep stringer to use it on about three inches wide.

Bust open the wallet! Might be too stiff for a stringer.

So the stringer still has the outer f/g shell?

Seacast is great for transom repairs. But I would think that traditional methods of stringer repair would be more effective, save weight, and save money. Seacast is expensive.

Can you tell us some more about the stringer construction that you need to repair?
