Probably an Eska or Clinton built motor we can tell by the model number.
Could be a Tonaka TOB 300 all these motors are out of production.
All are tempermental and while parts can be found some are expensive.
I wouldn't pay any more than 50 or 100 if it runs if not no deal.
I would hold out for an Evinrude/Johnson 3 to 7.5 from the early 50s to the 80s.smooth refined easy to work on and routine parts all the way back to the 50s are readily available some right here at iboats.
