Can it be used?

Im getting the Point Dwell & timing dialed in. Runs a lot better thanks for all the help.

Plugs look Almost OK but not quite right. So Im looking at the carb, maybe a little rich. So I get out my vacuum gauge.

Am I blind I cant find a vacuum port.

I found this http://c777913.r13.cf2.rackcdn.com/44pa1_rebuild_instructions.pdf

On page #3 I have what kind of looks Late version
P#4 tell its 2 turns for the Idle RPM
Then 9.5 for the air fuel mix

Im no carb expert by any means but those screw turns seem to me like a ruff in. Like using a feeler gauge to set the points.

I all ways used the vacuum guage like a dwell meter with a target of 20-22

Other than linkage, there are only 2 adjustments. Idle mixture and idle speed.

Not positive but I don't think there is a vacuum port on the 4cyl.
