Using Gluvit

Can anyone give me info on apply gluvit to an aluminum boat. Is it applied like paint with a roller or brush or is it thick like a putty? I have a 16 foot Ouchita that has some small pin hole leaks in the transom. I was considering using this product to repair them after what I have read here in the past. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks very much for the website and the info. I stopped this afternoon and picked up a can of Gluvit and some Marine-tex. The site recommends filling the holes with Marine-tex and covering with the Gluvit.<br />Weather permitting this weekend I will be repairing the old girl.<br />I will let you know how it goes.
