Ut and Tech

Start this off with some history. I'm not too much into football, at least pro. Here in Texas its like a religion but it never was for me. I never played, not in school and not even a pick up game in the 'hood. Didn't understand any position till I was in my early twenties and my brother played. Now I love high school ball. Six man is the greatest. I'll check out the scores and watch the occasional game just to be part of a conversation. On to the story..........

Was at the Inlaws last night playing cards eating Crappie. UT and Tech had just started so FIL was engrossed in it. I watched for a while and it looked like Tech had it wrapped up. Coming down to the end UT had made a heck of a comeback. UT leading by one point with 1:30 left in the game. Tech scores a touchdown with 01 seconds left! Darn good game whoever you rooted for.

I didn't have a dog in that fight but it sure was an exciting game. What a comeback for both teams.

I'm a Purdue grad and usually can't get too excited about Purdue football. (we really hoover in that sport.)

Like Tyme, I didn't have a dog in the fight, but I certainly enjoyed it. It was definitely a game for the fans, but the coaching staffs were probably going apoplectic.

Yep, it was a good game, and I liked the outcome, but disappointed the pollsters found it in their hearts to jump TT over PSU ... that hoovers. But TT won't make it past both OSU and OU, and I am not sure Alabama will make it past FL, so in the end, if PSU can win out it will be all good anyway ...

ugh, what a disappointment. UT didn't play like a #1 team, they def. lost it. l'll hold back my opinion of mack brown.
