hello,ive a 1981 25 hp (serial no. 5705532),it takes ages to start from cold and today gave up due to the starter motor getting too hot ,once started (without it warming up )it will then fire up on the first crank every time and run great ,on starting from cold i put the choke on and the throttle midway .am awaiting a compression tester but any other ideas ,thanks
