90 Merc V200 s#0c219197) Wont go anyplace! It will start and rev but when you put it in gear it dies! Cleaned carbs and checked coils. Coils are fine. If you tap the choke it takes off. But still not full RPM. Plus at idle its sputtering and you can hear a cyl puff. Ive been workin on this thing for a week! Plus the Carbs are WH carbs. What carbs have backdraft jets and aidle air jets? I cant find this anyplace! The ones in them are .096 1 in top left both in center carb and 1 in lower left? Seems screwie to me. I thought left was idle air and right backdraft.
