V338 taking in water

Has anyone had a problem with water between outer hull and inner floor. I have a v338 and water is leaking into bilge in two spots where the bilges are joined with PVC pipe to lik them up. Where the glue is around Pipe is where it is sealing in in cabin bilge and engine bay between motors. I just slipped the boat and stern drives where serviced with new seals. The is no damage to hull and I resealed the drain plug in transom with thread tape and silicone. Made no difference. No internal tanks are leaking. There are 3 salt water pickups in the hull which you can't get to to see if they leak before the seacock . Any ideas. It's a 2007 model and there is no longer a dealer in western Australia
