Waiting for your imput.

Ron G...Yes, thanks for the PM.
I d/l'd Guntersville weather stats for new years week(s) '04 & '05. Not a good average for me. I think I need to go farther south for that time of year. I would hate to suffer from hypothermia and not even leave the boat...
Perhaps I should wait till April or so to come to N. Al. It's a long haul for me from the buckeye and I'd hate to book lodging and not be able to enjoy the neighborhood waterways.
Eric ready to go south

Chime in an tell me where to go cruising/fishing for Dec./Jan, besides Fl.

Well, I just returned from Guntersville, AL and AL etal. Very NICE area! I didn't drag the boat down, just the admiral. Weather (this time) was about the same as in Ohio, dry but in the low 50's. But, in land cruising around Marshall county, we really liked it there.
Water looked good. Good facilities, nice neighborhood and friendly people.. we're going back in late spring.
If your planning on touring Alabama go to Guntersville Lake. The best of the 4 Tennessee river lakes. IMHO.
