Value Questions need advice

Well, I might be selling my cuddy cabin. I am just looking for advice. I just don't have the time right now and last season I only launched it three times.<br /><br />1986 22'Marathon Cuddy 470/170 alpha good shape with a shorelander galvanized tandem trailer (working surge brakes).<br /><br />I put new exhaust manifold and riser on last year and rebuilt the starter the year before.<br />New fuel pump (50 Gal fuel tank). The boat actually needs nothing. It actually runs good.<br /><br />It has never seen salt water.<br /><br />What do I sell it for price wise? I have seen such a wide span. I have checked NADA and they do not list 1986 as a year but the hull # confirms it. I guess I am stumped a bit. I plan on hitting ebay with it or just doing the front lawn of my house.<br /><br />Bob

I would put it on BoatTrader online for $8500. Perfect time of year. I bet it would sell fast if it's clean.<br /><br />There is a 23 ft 85 Marathon in the Trader now for $9000.
