Valve timing for AQ125B

aI have an AQ125B in a 18' Sunbird (1985), that jumped valve timing, Anyone know where is the cheapest place to get a manual or instructions on how to set the valve timing? <br />Or does anyone have a used one for sale? Timing on you motor is 6 degrees BTDC. You need to replace the timing belt if its jumping. You will need a timing light as well. Is your motor backfiring? I'm in the middle of doing this. I would recommend the Volvo manual. DonS says you can get it from any Volvo dealer. I used the Seloc manual for a while. It has good basic info, but will leave you hanging in many places. Don't even wast your money on the Clymers, I have found 3 mistakes in it. On one page it has the rotor spining clockwise (Correct) and later in the book its spining counter-clockwise (Really wrong) Needless to say, this will have you so mixed up with firing order.
