I have a 1998 3.0L Mercruiser sterndrive motor (SER OL016149). I've seen various horsepower ratings specified for this motor (115 HP, 135 HP and 140HP).
I'm just curious about which one I actually have (mainly for boat insurance purposes). Aren't all 3.0Ls since 1998 the same motor with the same HP?
