Vendor 199 lower units. Anyone have any experince with one?
I see the parts are made over seas an assembled in USA.
Do they hold up well?

Vender 199 is SEI out of Floridia and the Merc/Mercruiser units are all assembled overseas, the only unit assembled in USA is the OMC as they use GLM. Vender 2 is OBR in Semmes,Alabama and their "new" units are surplus Merc units that where removed from engines to have jet units installed..
I have sold quite a few SEI outboard units and lot of Mercruiser units and have had no problems and you cant beat the warranty(3 yrs):D

Have you used any sei on v8 boats i was told there great on a 3 liter but have issues on the bigger motors was wondering because im about to purchase one and am tired of having problem with the drive on this boat.

iboats still has the SEI and others. Call the number at the top or bottom of the page.
