Vessel view fault codes

I purchased vessel view to troubleshoot the long tone coming from my 2017 60hp Mercury 4 stroke with 25 hours.
First code was 3061-1 output signal from ECU to fuel pump is open or has to much resistance. I removed the VST tank, replaced HP fuel pump and thoroughly cleaned the tank. This allowed the boat to start and run great, but now I’m getting fault code 3061-2, output signal from ECU to fuel pump is open or has too little resistance.

Any suggestions on what could be triggering this code?

check the fuel pressure. High fuel pressure (from plugged regulator) can cause this code. too much pump current from restricted outlet or too high pressure.

ECM is not happy with the fuel pump

Check to make sure connector(s) is seated and all wiring is serviceable.
