I hook up the vessel view module and attach yellow terminator. Turn key to on position. The vessel view mobile light stays on constant when boat ignition is on. The bluetooth blinks until I connect to phone. Then it goes solid. I have two solid lights when ignition is on and connected to phone.

When I go into the mobile app and try to add the boat, that is the problem. I click add boat and nothing happens. It does the little circle like its trying and never brings anything up. Just times out. It is my first time with a profile and never had or tired to add any other boat.

I've tried:
deleting, restart phone, downloading new app.
I've tried unhooking/hook back up vessel view module
I've tried deleting and reconnecting bluetooth

Maybe silly of me but is your phone connected to anything else at same time like the stereo or the car within range ? I’ve put a few of these on boats now and not had any issue.

Maybe get someone else's phone and try to connect?
If it works on someone else's phone make sure they disconnect and delete that profile before you try with your phone again.
I know at one time only one device could connect at a time.
