VHF marine radio parts

I have a Uniden Solara radio that needs a microphone gasket. The transmit button is integrated into the gasket. The gasket has cracked causing intermittent transmission, I sealed it with silicone, it worked for a while, then became intermittent again. I need a new gasket. I don't want to buy a new radio because a rubber microphone gasket is bad. Uniden was no help. I explained the problem to Uniden, and they don't stock the gasket, nor could they direct me to a repair or parts depot. CAN ANYONE OUT THERE PLEASE GIVE ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR A FEW MARINE RADIO REPAIR SHOPS THAT MIGHT HAVE THE GASKET? Buying a new radio to solve this seems silly. Any help will be appreciated.
