This antenna came with my boat, that is to say, the mount was there and the mast was laying on the floor along the seat.
Figured out I was missing a bolt to reattach the mast to the mount. Got that straightened out but I'm not able to secure the mast in the upright position. Looks like the mast pivots up and the collar should screw down onto the base locking the mast in place but the collar doesn't fit around the base piece. Base piece looks out of round and deformed.
There is no manufacturer or model # on any of the parts. Anyone familiar with this setup? The antenna mast is 8 feet long, do I need an antenna that long if I were to replace the whole setup?
