vibration 60 hs bigfoot mercury

What wouls cause my engine to sound like its going to die and vibrate when it is engaged to go forward but not in reverse. I have checked the oil and the fuel is good it is a 2011 model less than 30 hours , it just started

LOL, sorry for the laugh but mine did the same thing and I was mad as heck. Turned out that that it runs in break-in mode for the first 20 hours and the plugs take a beating. Just change them and you'll be back to normal. Remove the coils to get to the plugs it's just four screws (two per coil set) and disconnect the connector. They're well labled and pretty tough to mix up. Gap the new plugs at .040. The breakin plugs are set at .035. Change the oil and filter now also. The lower unit is fine you can wait until 100 hours on it. Your next full service will be at 100 hours just as it was before.

Oh yeah, if you you thought it sipped fuel before wait until after the plug change. I have a 35 gal tank and havent bought gas since last October. Stabil is a must.
