Vibration in Alpha 1 Gen 2 vibration

94 5.0 mercruiser, alpha 1 gen 2, vibration at low rpm, I had my ujoints replaced by a certified marine mechanic. I checked my alignment first, the alignment toll goes in with two finger push. I swapped the props, no luck. The gimbal is smooth and new.boat runs smooth with out prop, could prop be out of balance? .....Thanks

Is the propshaft bent,..??

Is it firing on all cylinders? Maybe a loose plug wire.

Update:
The alignment was off, raised the mounts a bit to get good alignment, could have been better but I had no help, hopped in and out few times to get satisfactory results...vibration gone almost ....from 1 to 10 as 10 being high vibration it went down to 2.
