Vibration

About a week ago I picked up a vibration in my Mercrusier stern drive. At first it occured only when I was turned hard over to one side or the other. Now its all the time? Also noticed that the prop turns (fast) when in neutral but can be stopped with my hand? Where do I look for the cause of the vibration? Whats the cure?

U-joints.....
When was the last time the drive was pulled & the u-joints were greased?
Just pray you have no water in your bellows......JK
