vibration

weird, boat has a small vibration that can be felt through the entire boat while in gear at around 1 to 1800 rpms, completely smooth and runnnnss beautiful while under a load and cruising at 4k at 28 mph..

what should i be checking for.. couple of the fins on the prop are ever so slightly bent or nicks but its not bad appearance wize... what should i be checking for

Sounds like you answered your own question.The prop if bent or chipped will do that.The prop shaft if bent will do that.
Hook it to the hose and start it.Then put in gear.See if it wobbles or shakes.
Then remove the prop and do the same.Look at the shaft, see if it runs straight.Any runout is bad.J
