Just wanted to share, thanks iboats ,"my nephew recording"but this next one is my fav, enjoy ,you can almost feel the torque, good top speed as well,my bad,I should of done a flybye:
Its nice when you can sometimes surprise even yourself. One day I'd like to hook up two 80lb thrust motors to a couple of 12v batteries hooked up in series. Only thing I had to make a rudder to keep the back end from drifting so much.Paulpro knows boating like Bo knows baseball ]http://youtu.be/rBKSxwF4Tgw

Higher thrust motors won't necessarily translate to higher speed. The props are pitched for a max speed of 3 to 5 MPH (I think) on most motors, so if you are reaching that max speed already, higher thrust motors won't help.

I had a 45lb thrust on the back of a 10' jon.-it felt like it was trying to get on plane! Turning a tight turn was scary...

Higher thrust motors won't necessarily translate to higher speed. ] Thanks,I'm not at that topspeed yet.I am faster though, beating most people walking around the lake path instead of before with my 54 alone, "just barely keeping up with them"
Here's the other vid with a better angle of the torque,:)
Thanks I boats!
