So we had my boat out for a while last night and this morning I woke up and hooked it to the hose to flush it out and it started running bad. Here's what I've done to the motor recently. It has new plugs and wires, carbs were rebuilt this spring (maybe ran 6 hours since rebuilt as this is just my fishing boat). It started and instantly I could tell it wasn't right. It started spitting and sputtering, then it would run ok for a few seconds then spit and sputter. It will not stay running under 1800-2000RPMs. Then it will, by itself, slowly start decreasing RPM and conk out. If I try to gas it while it's slowly decreasing RPM it stalls. I drained the carbs and found no signs of trash or water and I also went and got a remote can of brand new non ethanol and premixed (bypassed VRO) and it still does the same thing. While its running I looked up in the carbs and don't see any sign of flooding due to a stuck needle and I can hit the throttle while looking in and all 6 carbs spray evenly and good. The link on the carbs looks good. All butterflies close and open simultaneously. I thought maybe timing?? but I really can't check it at idle as it won't idle. Timing base moves freely. Another (dumb) question I have is the motor says at idle 3* ATDCB , WOT 18* BTDC. Not real sure what the ATDCB means. After top dead center but confused about the B? Anyways I'm getting spark on all 6. I'll include a YouTube link of the motor running. Let me know what you guys think. I hope it's something silly I'm overlooking. Oh and I also did a compression check and all cylinders are 100-105psi. I've also considered doing a Dunks decarb but not sure how good it will work with it running like this. I decarbed another Ocean Runner that ran great and it took a lot for me to keep it running during the decarb so I imagine it'd be impossible with this motor running this way. Anyways here's my YouTube link. http://youtu.be/5P7_e3AgKdo

Also while its decreasing RPM I pumped the ball to see if the fuel pumps running out and it doesn't make a difference.
