StarBright makes a good cleaner that cuts the mildew and dirt. Check at Walmart or you can find it online..
Don't use bleach it will eat the threads up where its stitched together..

This will make a 1 cup mix. If you need more just adjust the amounts to suit. 1 table spoon of amonia, 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide, 3/4 cups of water, rinse and dry. Follow up with a vinyl finish cleaner and protector.

Re: Vinyl Restoration

I recently use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. My wife swears by it for household cleaning so I gave it a shot on my boat. It work very well and you can find it at any grocery store. Good luck.
