I have pulled as tight as I can and used heat already. This is actually the second time I have done it. The first time I pulled so much that I ripped the vinyl and could not salvage. I have it so tight in places I am afraid it may rip at staples in a few places again. The first time I stated on a straight side and worked toward the angle, the second time I tried to start with that corner and work out from there-little difference in the results. My vinyl does not seam to have stretch much, or not enough. Is there another way to do this? I may not be a skilled upholstery guy, but I have covered 10 other things in this boat so far and this sharp inside turn is kicking my butt. Btw: thank you for you help.

hi, good evening. you need to pull staples and pull vinyl to top and bottom. the corners are fine. pull opposite the wrinkle. heat will help but you are close

I would try starting with the top and the bottom most point, based on your picture and work towards the sides from there.

What are you doing on the back side at the corner? Any relief cuts or overlaps? Using any glued on sewfoam on the backside of the vinyl?
