Voltometer

Sometimes when I am at a low idle and teh engine is cold I look at the volt meter and it is jumping around betweeen 12 and 13V. Is this normal? The engine is a 2001 Yamaha F100. Thanks

yup, up to 14 fine..but let's hear from the other guys.I have a 225 with 2 batteries.

Its a analog. Yea I go to UMS. The only thing is that the arrow is real jumpy at low idle.
