Volvo 275 mechanical lift issues

I am having electical issues with my mechanical lift. This is what I have.. The unit works fine, will operate up and down by jumping the motor and reversing connection to reverse motor direction. The switch(dpdt) is working. I hear only clicking from the box. I think I have shorted relays. Can anyone tell me how to check it out in order to fix it?

IF you hear the relays clicking, then that means you have power from the switch that operates the relays. But that is not the power that runs the motor up and down. That comes from a seperate line of power and another fuse.

Yes, I know it doesn't say 275 on the manual, trust me, it's the right one.
