Volvo 3.0L power mod increase?

Are there any simple cost effective engine mods to pull more power from a 3.0L Volvo motor? 2008 model on 18" Larson. 53 hours on the motor & drive. Everything original.

Not really, they are getting about all out of them they can. Merc has an MPI version, not cheap, and it has cat converters.

EDIT:
Just checked, the carbed and MPI versions both are rated at 135 hp at the prop shaft.
