My alternator has been removed and tested. It is bad. It is off of a 74 Glastron with the AQ 130C. I heard delco makes a direct replacement. I am not trying to cut any corners with automotive. I am just wondering if there is a modern replacement that doesnt require serious modification or if I can get a replacement voltage regulator.

Define "serious modification". Most alts are very similar in size and mounting, and todays are vastly superior to the old school stuff. Well worth the upgrade.

Well when I say serious I mean something that doesnt involve a ton of fabrication. I am interested in hearing your suggestions.

I put a 10si marine on my D model. Changed the ammeter to a volt meter, and used that circuit as an extra helm feed and ground. Then changed the feed wire to 4 ga. If I remember correctly I had to drill out the pivot boss to accept the larger bolt.
