hi guys i need some expert advise, it all started with the leg not wanting to go down once in a while so i replaced the switch and no problem for a while again, than, it wouldn't go down again so i opened up the control box to see what was up,so i also replaced the wires, so now i got a new switch and new wires. when i opened the box i noticed that it would work if i swiched the wires to the motor no problem so it goes up no problem but it will only go down if i do the wire trick. but here is what i don't get, the relay was no good so i replaced it with a new one. it still does it so i ran out of ideas there is a switch and these little wire splitters of some sort in that box but i cant figure it out. heeeeeelppp!!!!!!!!.:D

Loosen the relay cover on the tilt mechanism a little. Have seen a lot of them that when the cover is too tight, it binds the switch.
Do you have a 2 wire motor or a 3 wire?

I did this to myself as a newbie. the two bolts that pass through the black box only need to be tight enough to keep the box from moving up or down. It should still turn freely on the tilt mech.
