In searching for the Volvo tool to get my props off in order to drain the fluid...
I ended up seeing how much a pair of Stainless F5 props would cost to replace....YOW. Over a Grand for the pair. Like I wasn't paranoid about hitting bottom before...this boat has almost 3' draft with the drive down.
So...Yeah. A Grand of shiny steal-me hanging off the back on the trailer...
Anyway to secure these things if I have to leave it out front for the night?
Some kind of chain-mail bag with a lock? I live in a pretty decent 'burb, but they be shiny and probably pretty easy for a thief to get off, even without the damn tool I was looking for to start with!
