Looking for some feedback. Had a neutra salt system installed in my Doral 250SE 6 years ago and recently I noticed that the solution level was not dropping in the reservoir tank upon activating the switch when docking to flush the manifolds and risers since system is half cooled, block only.
I checked my fuse and it was fine, so I thought it was the solenoid and bought a new one before testing the original with a test light and saving some cash. Anyways still same issue so next I moved to the reservoir and had read some mention that the filter in the reservoir could become clogged in time so I flushed it out and got normal flow with it filled with water. However there is a plastic ball in the fllter which is at tank bottom and some times the ball would float and other times not so I knocked the filter right off. Still same issue. I moved on to the switch itself and checked it, seems fine and I have checked any contacts and cleaned but still I am not getting flow from reservoir with motor running as normal as it is the suction of the motor that draws fluid from reservoir once solenoid is activated and opens. My last thought is I could have a plugged hose leading to the T junction where the solution is dripped into the system but would this be possible ? hose has flex any other idea?
