My new used Volvo Penta 170hp hesitates when cold.<br />She coughs and splutters when under load when hitting abt 2000 rpm and will almost stall but with gentle persuasion will overcome this. Has new points, dizzy cap, plugs and leads. Should I be looking at the carbs - all 3 of them ? Once warm she is a diamond.
