I did a bit of research and it would seem your volvo penta 7.5 is actually a honda 7.5....might want to check that out because if its true I'm sure a honda manual would be easier to come up with.

thanks for reply its same engine as in you tube video so you think its Honda and have you got the manual for it any chance?

No I don't but check here at Iboats they have lots of manuals
