I have a 2001 Four Winns with a Volvo Penta Duo Prop that I purchased as a submersed vessel. I have overhauled the hydraulic pump, replaced both relays at the pump, replaced the thumb trim switch on the throttle. The trim would raise and lower perfectly on it's hour long maiden voyage until I brought it to my dock. It still operates to lower but nothing happens when attempting to raise it. Any suggestions?

Off the top of my head it sounds like some residual water found its way to your electrical circuit. Hopefully someone with more brains than me will come along and offer you some serious advise.
My neighbor did the same thing as you ( purchased a submerged boat ) and it was nothing but throwing parts at it for a long time. Once those puppy's get wet - especially with salt water - it could be a nightmare to figure it all out.
Possibly just leave whatever you can open to the sunshine and ventilation for as long as possible and hope things will eventually dry out.
Again, I'm just shooting from the hip.:(

To check the motor on the trim pump.
Disconnect the motor from the relays.
One wire going to the motor will be hot one will be ground. Reversing them makes it run the opposite direction.
With jumper wires, go directly from the battery with + and - wires directly to the motor. See if the motor works.
Report back with results.
