Volvo Penta outdrive not lowering or raising!

I have a 98 Four Winns Sundowner 245 with the 5.7 Volvo Penta outdrive. 2 days ago it worked fine and today wouldn't go up or down. Checked all the fuses and wiring. It's not making and noise or clicking at all when trying to raise it. Everything looks fine???? Any suggestions?

check the 50amp circuit breaker

Which type trim relay setup do you have.
