Started my 5.0 GXi last week at home on the muffs and it ran fine for 5 minutes or so. Took it to the lake and it ran for about 10 minutes then it stalled. Wouldn't restart after that. Starter cranked but it didn't fire. I assume fuel issue - it was winterized with Sta-bil with a full tank of fuel. Any suggestions on what to check first?

The first thing to do is make sure you didn't accidently pull the kill switch lanyard. (this is the cause of sudden engine malfuction more often then you'd think) Then, pull the water separating fuel filter, see if it's full of water, then throw it out and replace it with a new one. (fill it with fuel before you install it)
Then you need to check your fuel pumps operation. Is it pressurizing the fuel system? What is the fuel pressure?
If all is as it should be, check that you still have spark
