I used to run fresh water cooled crusaders that early season would bind up with mussels/clams in a hose. In particular, the hose from the raw water pump to the tranny oil cooler. The hose had 2 quick bends. Where, if so, does this happen in the volvo fresh water cooling system? Raw water part of it that is... Any seasonal service recommended for the vertical mounted heat exchanger?
