VP4 AQ131A slow coolant leak?

I have a slow leak in the fresh water, antifreeze system. It's dripping from
the seal of the copper line at the tank connection.

My initial thoughts are to drain the antifreeze coolant out, remove the
copper line, and see if I can reinforce or reseal the copper line into the
small housing at its end that has 3 small bolts for the mounting bracket.

Has anybody dealt with this situation before, and do you have any advice?
My Seloc manual is worthless for this. It explains the fresh water and raw
water systems, and that's about it.
