search on those numbers. Theres's been recent posts, summarized by:
5007423 is a "kit" and 5004554 is the pump itself. This kit is used when replacing a 3 wire pump to adapt it to a 4 wire system. (the pump itself, 5004554, is a 4 wire pump).
There's another kit - 5007420, the same as the one above except it is intended to replace an existing 4 wire pump, therefore no adapter parts. The pump in this kit is also labeled 5004554.
This would lead me to believe that if the 5004554 part is available, it is a pump only w/o any parts, fitting or adapters. I've personally haven't seen a p/n 5004554 listed separately or at all, but ymmv.
PS: 5007423 and 5007420 are the most current, up to date P/N's for pump kits, therefore I'd assume that 5004554 is the most current pump?
