Had a customer ask me to look at boat tonite. He was running across lake and lost power and had to have fishing partner pump bulb and idle back to launch. Removed and tested and it failed pressure/vacuum tests. Took it apart and the diaphragm cup had came loose from shaft as the sonic welds broke..no repair here time for new one.
