VRO Oil/Fuel Pump Questions

1996 Evinrude 3 cyl 2 stroke 70HP

What does VRO stand for????

Is there a repair kit for them, mine is leaking fuel at the top somewhere

VRO= Variable Ratio Oiling-------Repair kits are available for them.-----------But the regular fuel pump as mentioned is still cheaper and it is repariable for about $5 if needed.
