Hi, I installed a new vro on a 1988 120 evinrude. The orginal motor had one pulselimiter on the block. The new vro #5007423 came with two pulse limiters and said to install both. Took it for further work and mechanic said it only needed one.Anyone here have info on this why it would need two parts. Cannot get in touch with omc on this tried three days .
