That's the pulse limiter Jim. It goes in the pulse/vacuum line between the pump and block with the blue end pointing towards the pump.

hey mod2 what would happen if you didnt install the pulse limiter? because i didnt install mine and ive ran my boat once since my new vro pump...

i only idled it for about 5 minutes
