My kids are bugging me to put a wakeboard tower on our 1998 210BR and I am wondering how to gain access to the inner hull to attach reinforcing plates. I am thinking the tower legs will attach just in front of the windshield and toward the stern about where the wrap around windshield ends. Any suggestions on how to get access?

If you can't remove a speaker or a cupholder or something, you may have to cut a hole and then cover it with an access plate. Or you might be able to remove a cushion and cut a hole, then replace the cushion.

Good suggestions. I'm not sure if the speaker holes are large enough, but it's worth checking out. I'll take some pictures tonight and post them tommorrow and maybe that will give you a better idea of what I'm up against.

The boat is airing out in the yard. The neighbor's cat got into the ski locker over the winter and couldn't get out. Needless to say, it wasn't pretty when we uncovered the boat this spring!
