I have a 1993 stratos 264 fs with a 115 evinrude. What would be my best prop for overall performance? Thanks for any advice.

Could you give us a bit more info on what you want out of the boat? I've had a 189-FS with a 175 HP for 17 years and I know how I use it and the typical load but that doesn't mean your needs are the same. I run a 4 blade OMC Renegade with a high rake and exhaust ports and I can't imagine getting anything to do better. It jumps out of the hole great, stays on plane at low speeds for the tubers, has plenty of acceleration, and it only went from the low 70’s to upper 60’s on speed from the 3 blade Raker that was on it for about one month when it was new. The 3 blade would not keep the boat up on plane at tubing speed. Also, it took torque off of the steering. With the 3 blade you had to have a death grip on the steering wheel at certain speeds. These boats are typically butt heavy and 4 blade props give better stern lift whereas 3 blade props are more for bow lift.

I’ve also got a Power Tech Off shore 4 blade with exhaust ports on my pontoon boat with a 150 HP and I’m hitting nearly 40 mph and great all around performance.

We can do a better job if you get us your present prop size(usually near the base of the blades or under the prop nut) and lightly loaded wot rpm an gps speed.
It's the only way to know how your setup works and if there are any issues. If I had to blind guess a 17 would be a starting point.
