You don't need a wiring diagram for that kind of pump. Go to the pump and look what color wires go to it. Probably a Brown and a Black wire. now look at your fuse panel, is the fuse ok? Don't just look at it, check the wiring into it and out of it. If you have power out of the fuse, your next stop is the switch. Then you move on to the pump itself. Also make sure the ground wire is making good connections to. You can have perfect fuse, switch and a good pump, and have a bad ground and it won't work.
It could also be a bad pump.

Pump is good, went straight to battery with wires and it runs. Wires are good to fuse, checked continuity with meter. Wires are good to switch, checked with meter....

The thing is, there are jumper wires across switch, and jumpers to bilge......

My accessory switch was working but in the process of trying to get aerator working, musta forgot to witch something back to original contact. Also, fuses are good, regularly check them while doing troublehooting. I think with a diagram it would be alittle quicker. I do have the Tracker wire color codes nd that really helps.

Thanks,
Ronda

If you have disconnected the pump and checked it, and it works, then turn the switch on and with a volt meter check the wires that you disconnected from the pump.

Could very well be something a previous owner did while not knowing what he was doing. Boat owners are the worst at wiring stuff wrong. Post a picture of these jumpers.
It may be such a thing that if you remove all the extra wires that it will work.
