Wanting to repower

Hi guys been a while since I've posted but anyways currently I have a 87 bayliner 18 ft fish and ski powered with 125 hp force with a crack in the head it so i came across a 1999 120 hp force. Can any one tell me what is compatable . Can i use the controls or guages ? I also wonder how close the the holes for the tramson match .Thanks for any help

Pretty much NOTHING will cross.
The holes are different, the controls, the cables and the harness and the gauges all won't work
The gas gauge will work.

Sounds like nothing will cross, you could repower with any motor.
How about a Yamaha four stroke with Fuel injectors if it's within your boating budget, you won't be disappointed..,
