Wards 7hp Sea king

I inherited a 7hp Sea King motor model K700 3107A ser # 920301. I would like to get it started before I sell it so does anyone know the yr (1973 I think) and the gas mixture. Hearing things from 16:1, 24:1 and 50:1.

It is a 73 mix is 48:1 Built by Clinton Out of business since 80??

Do I use chain saw oil or outboard oil? Leaded gas for this old motor?
