Near as I can tell Clinton has been out of business for about 29 years.
K751 was produced 76-80 According to my info the 751 is solid state.
Manual says faulty operation requires replacement.J13Y plug set at .025.
Fuel mix.48:1 with TCW3 rated oil. These motors have an aircooled powerhead with a water cooled exhaust leg,are noisy, vibrate and are generally unreliable, have a well deserved poor reputation for finicky operation.
If it was mine I would try to get it runnng good with minimul investment and
sell it otherwise part it out.

Thanks Steelespike, for $1.69 for the sparkplug got it running after 8 pulls, ran for 2hrs straight at various speeds, mist coming out from shaft (impeller ok), added some left over seaform to the gas mix to clean out the carb. in pics i attached, do I adjust to the lean or rich side, I currently have the knob set at the middle. Not bad for a 30 yr old outboard 7 of it in storage. Again,Thank you in advance.

I think you have been lucky so far I hope it keeps performing for you.
Adjust the high speed warm at speed ,to the best operation, shading it just slightly toward rich.Same for the idle adjustment in gear unrestrained.
The gearcase uses regular outboard gear lube. They may have added grease because the seals are bad.
